The Company has set targets for earning power and capital efficiency of ROE 7% or higher, dividend payout ratio of 30%, and operating profit of 1.0 billion yen by fiscal 2030. As the Company is still in a growth stage and pursues a policy of aggressive investment in businesses we seek to expand, we do not consider it appropriate to apply capital cost metrics uniformly across all businesses; however, for new business investments, we employ an internal rate of return (IRR) of 10% or higher as the adoption criterion. Going forward, through business investments for sustained development and growth, we will enhance enterprise value and ultimately realize shareholder returns. While maintaining the soundness of our financial foundation and improving operational efficiency, we will appropriately allocate operating cash flow, borrowed funds, and funds permitted by our optimal capital structure between growth investments and shareholder returns.
