The Company sets target values of operating profit margin of 15% or above and ROE of 10% or above from the perspective of steady company growth and perpetuity, aiming to consistently and stably exceed these targets. Additionally, due to the revenue structure of the Company, the total asset turnover ratio and financial leverage are relatively stable, and ROE tends to correlate with net income margin ratio on sales; therefore, consistently and stably exceeding target management indicators is expected to result in securing capital returns exceeding capital costs. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the operating profit margin reached 19.6%, a high level exceeding targets, and total asset turnover ratio and financial leverage continued stable, with net income margin ratio on sales reaching 13.9%, resulting in ROE of 11.7%, exceeding targets. Going forward, considering capital costs, capital returns status, stock price and market capitalization evaluations, we will disclose improvement policies and specific initiatives as necessary, and will disclose implementation and progress of such initiatives.
