Our company has established a medium-term management plan (consolidated basis) with the final fiscal year ending March 2027, targeting revenue growth rate (10% or more), improvement in gross profit margin (+1% per period), and operating profit margin (10% or more), and is working to enhance corporate value. Regarding capital cost, we have adopted a policy to regularly calculate the cost of equity based on the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), and recognize that our calculated cost of equity is generally below 10%. Our return on equity (ROE) (consolidated basis) was 9.9% in the most recent period; however, we declare our commitment to targeting capital efficiency of 13% or more in the final fiscal year of the aforementioned medium-term management plan (consolidated basis). Additionally, in market valuation, the price-to-book ratio (PBR) since listing has maintained a level exceeding 1.0x, except during market-wide sharp declines, and we will continue to implement measures aimed at improving the price-to-book ratio (PBR). Regarding shareholder returns, our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable profit returns in accordance with performance improvement, and specifically, we have set a dividend payout ratio (consolidated basis) of 40% or more in our medium-term management plan (consolidated basis). Going forward, while taking into account the strengthening of management foundations and the adequacy of internal reserves necessary for business development, we will work to enhance shareholder returns.
