Regarding our company's capital cost, based on our own calculations and analysis by external organizations, we recognize it to be approximately 7-8%. Against this, our ROE (return on equity) for fiscal 2025 was 12.0%, substantially exceeding our capital cost. On the other hand, our company's PER (price-to-earnings ratio) is approximately 12x, and we believe there remains room for improvement in PER and stock price. We analyze the current PER and stock price level as reflecting the fact that our business—used vehicle distribution targeting B2B—is still unfamiliar to investors, and that although our business is stable, its growth pace is moderate. Therefore, we believe it is necessary to increase awareness and recognition of our company and our business among investors, while further enhancing their understanding of our business environment and business growth strategy. Our IR policy is to continuously communicate the strengths and appeal of our business to investors, taking into account our business environment. Our initiatives to date have included holding 109 SR/IR sessions since our listing in September 2023, as well as disclosing business forecasts on a quarterly basis. Going forward, we will continue to pursue effective IR activities. Additionally, we plan to continue implementing various measures such as shareholder returns (dividend payout ratio of 30% and shareholder benefits) to encourage investors to hold our shares on a medium to long-term basis.
