On May 10, 2024, the Company announced its "Policy on Initiatives to Realize Management Conscious of Capital Costs and Share Prices," establishing the following four points as its policy to enhance corporate value: ① To achieve the management objectives set in the Medium-Term Management Plan (fiscal year ending March 2023 through fiscal year ending March 2027). ② To actively advance investments for sustainable growth and ensure stable profitability (ROE: target 8.0%) exceeding the Company's assumed cost of equity. ③ To implement strategic and flexible shareholder returns through capital allocation policies including dividends and share buybacks. ④ To strengthen IR activities by enhancing information disclosure regarding the Company's business operations and corporate activities, as well as non-financial information, to obtain appropriate understanding from investors. In accordance with the above policy, the Board of Directors meeting held on the same day resolved to change the profit allocation policy to improve PBR, and raised the target level of dividend payout ratio based on net assets (DOE) from 2.0% to 2.5% from the 54th fiscal year.
