Additionally, the Company recognizes profit returns to shareholders as an important management initiative, and takes a basic policy of continuously and stably allocating profits according to management performance while comprehensively considering retained earnings and capital efficiency. The Company implements progressive dividends with dividend increases in line with medium to long-term profit growth. On the other hand, given the nature of the Company's business, the Company believes it is important to maintain a strong financial foundation with a certain level of equity capital for expanding existing operations and seizing new growth opportunities.
