We present our business portfolio restructuring, management strategies to achieve medium to long-term growth, as well as basic policies on capital allocation including revenue plans and dividends to shareholders in accordance with our medium-term management plan. We recognize enriching shareholder capital as a current priority, and will work to improve free cash flow through enhanced profit margins in each business segment and review of capital expenditures. As a result of analyzing and evaluating our current situation, we recognize that continuous improvement in PBR and capital efficiency is essential. As an interim target, we have set a minimum equity ratio of 20% as our financial stability benchmark. Regarding profitability standards and continuous improvement of capital efficiency, enriching shareholder capital is an urgent priority, and we recognize that our high financial leverage causes our ROE figures to be calculated at relatively high levels. Therefore, rather than being constrained by formal numerical targets, we will prioritize substantial improvement in capital efficiency and early stabilization of our financial base, and will appropriately review our profitability targets in conjunction with enriching shareholder capital. We will secure adequate liquidity and implement continuous cost reductions to accelerate profit accumulation in our core business and reduction of interest-bearing debt. Regarding dividend policy, we recognize profit distribution to shareholders as one of our important business policies and plan a dividend payout ratio of 15% to 20%. While enhancing corporate value in our group, we will comprehensively consider global conditions, trends in the travel industry, strengthening of corporate structure, and future business development, and will implement stable and continuous profit distributions in accordance with results. Furthermore, to pursue efficient capital utilization exceeding capital costs from a medium to long-term perspective, we believe it is necessary to set different key performance indicators according to the characteristics of each business domain, and we are advancing the setting of management indicators for each business area and examination of specific measures to achieve targets. We will disclose quantitative targets as our setting status progresses. However, we commit to maximizing returns on invested capital and aim to consistently acquire higher market valuations. The Board of Directors oversees the formulation and progress of these capital cost-conscious management strategies. Through regular discussions, we promote improvements in capital efficiency and receive independent advice from outside directors. We endeavor to provide highly transparent information disclosure through earnings briefings and individual IR meetings, and have established a mechanism at the Board of Directors to feed back opinions from shareholders and investors into management.
