Our company is promoting an asset-light strategy in its core wedding business by advancing the sale of low-return assets and expanding new openings through management contracts. Additionally, in making investments in our hotel business, we apply disciplined investment judgment with emphasis on capital return. Furthermore, following the development of three hotels scheduled to open in 2027 and 2028, we will promote openings using management contract (MC) methods to further improve capital efficiency. Regarding current performance, there is an aspect where profitability has temporarily declined due to the execution of strategic investments for future growth. Specifically, we are proceeding with investments in the development of three hotels scheduled to open in 2027 and 2028. Going forward, we will enhance information disclosure, including the announcement of medium-term management plans, to deepen market participants' understanding of the relationship between these investments and future revenues, while strengthening dialogue with investors.
