Regarding the "response toward realizing management that values capital cost and stock price" as requested by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, our company discusses capital cost and capital profitability at the Board of Directors and Executive Officers' meetings. Our company uses ROE as an indicator of capital profitability, and has disclosed our medium-term management plan "FY25 Mid-Term Plan" for a three-year period starting with fiscal 2025 on March 31, 2025. In the "FY25 Mid-Term Plan Financial and Capital Strategy" section of the relevant materials, our company calculates the cost of equity using CAPM and currently recognizes it to be approximately 5-6%. The FY25 Mid-Term Plan includes plans for expanded investment to strengthen earning power; however, as profit contribution will require time, we aim to maintain and strengthen shareholder returns using internal reserves. Specific numerical targets for financial and capital strategy include achieving ROE of 8% or above by fiscal 2030 and maintaining shareholder returns through interim dividends while targeting DOE of 3% or above.
