For details, please refer to the following: ・Initiatives to realize management conscious of capital cost and stock price https://www.general-packer.co.jp/ir/news/ Policies and Initiatives for Improvement Based on the issues identified through our current analysis, we aim to improve business performance through the following initiatives and have shareholders and investors recognize the growth potential and sustainability of our Group's business performance, with the ultimate goal of reaching a PBR level of 1.0x. (1) Achievement of the 7th Medium-Term Management Plan ① Achievement of FY2026 July targets for the final year of the 7th Medium-Term Management Plan ② Acceleration of global expansion toward dramatic growth We will accelerate market entry into large-scale overseas markets. Through increased overseas sales, we target an overseas sales ratio of 40% or higher. To achieve this, we are expanding sales personnel and establishing distributors to expand our distribution channels. ③ Development of new products We are developing new products that respond to needs for automation and labor-saving due to labor shortages, as well as environmental considerations arising from SDGs penetration. ④ Expansion of business domains We are expanding business domains through M&A and alliance activities that are expected to generate synergies for our Group. ⑤ Human capital investment We implement sustainable wage increases and strengthen human resource development through expanded educational investment. We are advancing the creation of comfortable work environments so employees can work with peace of mind, both mentally and physically, and focus on their work, thereby improving productivity. (2) Continued stable shareholder returns Our Group's profit distribution is based on the fundamental policy of maintaining both long-term stability and growth by setting aside internal reserves for reinvestment that increases corporate value while providing active profit returns to shareholders. Regarding dividend policy, we maintain stable dividends with a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% or a consolidated net asset dividend ratio (DOE) of 3% as a guideline, and aim to increase dividends while monitoring business trends. (3) Other measures ① We continue to hold financial results briefing meetings twice per year. Most recently, we held one on September 10, 2025. As part of participation in events for individual investors, we exhibited at the Nagoya Stock Exchange IR Expo held on September 5, 2025. Going forward, we will further enhance our activities for individual investors. ② We are considering a stock split to improve stock liquidity. ③ On August 12, 2025, we acquired 81,600 treasury shares for ¥239,169,600.
