Regarding responses to realize management with awareness of capital costs and stock prices, we conducted a current status analysis on October 30, 2023, and formulated a plan based on the results of the current status analysis on June 5, 2024. In the current status analysis, we recognized that "profitability improvement" and meeting expectations for long-term growth, namely "stable profit growth," are the most critical issues. Based on these findings, under the medium-term business plan MEX26 for FY2025 March through FY2027 March, we are accelerating business portfolio reform toward profitability improvement while concentrating management resources, particularly on growth businesses, including strengthening advance development, enhancing new market exploration activities, and aggressively implementing capital investments for stable profit growth. Additionally, regarding cash allocation during the MEX26 period, with acceleration of growth investment in mind as well as realization of "PBR exceeding 1.0 times," we are strengthening shareholder return policies with a target total return ratio of 100% or more and optimizing capital costs. On April 25, 2025, we disclosed progress status of initiatives for FY2025 March on both our website and the Tokyo Stock Exchange website.
