In order to appropriately respond to rapidly changing business environments, the Company has updated the Medium-Term Business Plan in line with current market conditions and is implementing business strategies and financial/non-financial strategies. Under this strategy, aiming to realize an ROE target of 10%, the Company is advancing business strategy comprising expanded profitability in base domains and strengthened growth domains to improve earnings capacity, while managing the balance sheet through optimized capital expenditure and enhanced shareholder returns to improve shareholder value. While the Company's current ROE level is confirmed to exceed the capital costs recognized by the Company, the Company will continue to emphasize capital-conscious management toward realizing ROE of 10% and aim for sustained corporate value enhancement.
