[Response to Realizing Management Conscious of Capital Costs and Stock Prices] The Company will ensure financial soundness while striving to improve capital efficiency, strengthen profitability across each business segment, and work toward sustainable growth and enhancement of mid- to long-term corporate value. As target achievement goals for the final year of the Fifth Medium-term Management Plan, the Company has set three indicators: ROE of 8% or higher, net sales and operating profit margin of 2.8% or higher, and growth rates for both net sales and operating profit exceeding 20% compared to the fiscal year ending September 2025. To achieve these targets, the Company will address the following challenges: ① achievement of the Fifth Medium-term Management Plan (M&A, DX investment), ② enhancement of shareholder returns (stable and continuous dividend policy), ③ investment in human capital (improvement of employee engagement, promotion of health management), and ④ enhancement of IR (strengthening of information dissemination, enrichment of dialogue). Through these efforts, the Company aims to enhance shareholder value.
